Join us for a live-online series (10 sessions) dedicated to the qualities of the 9 planets, featuring insights from Vedic astrology with Sara, as well as mantra chanting, planet yantra drawing, and painting with Antarshuddhi.

Navagraha Exploration – A One-Year Journey

Navagraha Exploration is a one-year journey through the nine planets visible to the naked eye, and, ultimately, a journey within ourselves too. This series offers a monthly session (except July and August) beginning in January, where we explore each planet through the lens of Jyotiṣa (Vedic/Indian astrology) while connecting with the sacred practices of mantra and yantra. The series will end with an integration session at the end of the year (December). Although the course stretches during the whole year, you can book single sessions or the replay of already past sessions.

This journey provides an opportunity to experience the energy of each planet in an intuitive and experiential way. In each session we open a sacred space together, and dive deeper into the meaning, significance, and symbolism of each planet through astrological and vedic numerology insights, allowing us to understand the planet’s qualities and influence both outside and inside of us much better, as we journey with the practice of drawing the yantra of that planet.

Yantras – Tools for Transformation

Yantras are powerful spiritual tools used in Jyotiṣa (Vedic Astrology) as part of remedies (upāyas) to align ourselves with planetary energies. Through rituals, mantra, and meditation, we activate these sacred forms and invoke the higher qualities of the planets in our lives. Active practices like this empower us by engaging our will, energy, and intention. In Jyotiṣa, a planet is actually called a graha. The definition of a planet is that it must orbit a star (Sun), and have enough gravity to revolve with a spherical shape. Well, a graha is much more than that, it is a cosmic body and being that grasps and influences us on Earth.

A unique one-year course

Each month, we will create the yantra corresponding to the planet explored, deepening our connection to its energy.

Each session features:

• insights from Jyotiṣa  (Vedic/Indian astrology) and Vedic Numerology with Sara
• meditation and mantra chanting with Sara and Antarshuddhi
• yantra drawing with Antarshuddhi
• the session will take place online on zoom and will be recorded.

To begin our Navagraha Exploration series, we welcome Sūrya, the Sanskrit name for the Sun. As we close out 2025 and step into 2026, a number 1 year symbolising new beginnings and vibrating the energy of the Sun, we honor this source of light, vitality, and consciousness. From here, we will continue our journey through the remaining planets, following the order in which they are positioned in relation to the Sun.

No previous knowledge or experience of drawing and painting is necessary.

Bookings and Cost of the sessions:

Each session is by donation. Suggested range € 30 to € 60. We have a special offer, if you would like to attend all sessions for € 200. We will send you payment details when we receive your booking. If the minimum amount is beyond your current means, then please give what is manageable for you.
