YOGA NIDRA – Ascent into the Subconscious
A comprehensive guide to the method developed by Svami Satyananda Sarasvati
by Nadeshda Stürzebecher (Antarshuddhi)
After five years of intensive research, I am delighted to finally share the results in this 500-page book. Based on classical sources of Indian philosophy (Vedanta, Samkhya, Tantra) and embedded in the integral yoga system of Bihar Yoga, this book combines theory, practice and historical classification.
For all those who want to understand and apply Yoga Nidra not only as a relaxation technique, but also as a method for expanding consciousness.
Navagraha Exploration live-online series
Join us for a special one-year journey through the nine planets visible to the naked eye, and, ultimately, a journey within ourselves too. This series offers a monthly session beginning in January, where we explore each planet through the lens of Jyotiṣa (Vedic/Indian astrology) with Sara while connecting with the sacred practices of mantra and yantra with Antarshuddhi. Although the course stretches during the whole year, you can book single sessions or the replay of already past sessions.

Mahashivaratri Mantra and Yantra online, 6th March 2027
Mahashivaratri (Mahāśivarātri) is traditionally observed throughout the night just before the new moon, with chanting, celebration and blissful intoxication. Shiva is worshipped in India in different forms, each expressing different aspects and qualities, with variations across places and traditions. Among the many forms of Shiva, Mahamrityunjaya (Mahāmṛtyuñjaya) is regarded as one of his most powerful forms, meaning the Great Conqueror of Death.
Join us for a special online session dedicated to the special occasion of Mahashivaratri exploring Mahamrityunjaya mantra and yantra. In this form, Shiva is invoked as a powerful force of healing, protection, relief from suffering and liberation.
Sun and Moon Retreat, 2nd–8th August 2027, Bulgaria
Join us for a week-long retreat in the magical Rhodope Mountains of Bulgaria, where earth, water, fire, air, sun and moon meet in a landscape of deep beauty and stillness. Set beside the meandering waters of a mountain lake, we will spend a week immersed in nature, practice (sadhana), expression and connection – exploring the space between polarities: Sun and Moon, light and darkness, the conscious and the unseen.
The Rhodopes are renowned for their mineral springs, healing mountain air and long tradition of herbal medicine. They also lie at the heart of Bulgaria’s living memory of Orpheus, the great Thracian mystic, initiate, healer and priest. In Thracian tradition, Rhodope is connected with Orpheus as his mother, linking his spiritual lineage to the very mountains where we will gather.
Places are limited to 12 participants, so we recommend booking early.
