Ganesh is the remover of obstacles and helps to create harmony and ease in ones life. I combined his yantra with a mandala design made from an ancient number grid named the Vedic square, choosing the number 3, which is connected to Mars. Ganesha‘s yantra works in this painting as a mediator for harmonizing the personal energies with the universal energy of Mars. Mars is said to be the commander of the assembly of the Gods, which are facets of the same divinity. He is a strong warrior and his qualities are strong sense of purpose, duty, order, discipline, courage, bravery, patience and self-confidence. He rules over the blood, the muscular system, the bone marrow and the Fire element.

His colours are shiny red and all shades of red and pink, and that is the overall feeling from the colours I have chosen as well. During the whole process of creation I have chanted and charged this painting with the Mars mantra.
