Caitra Navarātri – Nine Nights of Celebrating Śakti

Join us for an online celebration of Caitra Navarātri with mantra chanting and yantra drawing and painting.

Caitra Navarātri is the first of the 9-day festivals celebrating the different forms of the Goddess; it is likely connected also to the change of seasons. These nine aspects of the goddess represent different aspects of nature and the spiritual path. All are said to all be expressions of the great goddess, Durgā.

This year it runs from the 9th to the 17th of April and on the 12th, we will have a 3-hour session with mantra and the drawing and painting of the Durgā yantra.

 

Time and Details:

We will celebrate Caitra Navarātri on the 12th of April 2004.
The session will take place from 7pm until 10pm (CET), on zoom. It will not be recorded.

No previous knowledge or experience of drawing and painting is necessary. A list of materials needed will be emailed after booking

Cost of the session:

The session is by donation. Suggested range EUR 30 to EUR 60. We will send you payment details when we receive your booking. If the minimum amount is beyond your current means, then please give what is manageable for you.
